Not every minister is a ascension gift pastor. We see many called, but are they truly gifted, equipped and functioning as a Pastor?

Let’s look deeper into the ascension gifts given in 1Corinthians 12 and Ephesian Chapter 2 and 4

The Church today needs the full function and operation of the full fivefold in accordance with the WORD.

May We identify and encourage those whom God has given the grace and anointing for such.

The Teacher - Equips

The Evangelist - Proclaims

The Pastor - Cares

We need all for our time like never before. Divinely called,appointed and anointed fivefold Ministers.

3. Teacher - Logical Thinker/Implementer

4. Evangelist - Persuasive Communicator

5. Pastor - Human Resource Counselor

The Gifts and ministry of the Holy Spirit work in manifold ways and is not limited to our one approach kind of ministry. The Bible talks about the seven spirits yet refers to one and the same Spirit manifesting His completeness in different ways.

Some are open to revelation but not learning or teaching. The humble is open to learning, education and revelation.

Apostle - Long-Sight

Prophet - Foresight

Evangelist - Hindsight

Teacher - Insight

Pastor - Oversight

VISION means to SEE. All those in the fivefold ministry must have a vision or see something in the area of their ministries. Spiritual sight is the ability to see by revelation what needs to be done when and how. We all need vision to do His work effectively.

Apostle - Mission

Prophet - Vision

Evangelist - Commission

Pastor - Compassion

Teacher - Passion

We need a sense of Mission and Commission. We need a sense of vision and passion with Compassion to do effectively the task before us. READ EPHESIANS 4:11-16

Generally, either the one supposedly equipping you does not know how to equip (they may only know how to preach well), OR perhaps YOU have not embraced and submitted yourself to the specific equipper that GOD has chosen and assigned you unto. “Pastor's, and those who sense a call to 5-fold ministry, they are already on your page, men claiming to be this and that, telling you everything your flesh wants to hear, making all the right comments about your title, function, what they see. You don't KNOW them, do your research, they have a blood trail, a track record, and no REAL FRUIT.

They promise to promote you and help build your ministry, yet they haven't built anything. They have been confronted before, showed a little worldly sorrow and went right back to it, and when you finally wake-up and discern them, they will come on your page with rebuke and confrontation. Calling you false this and that, or a rebellious child, but they should be looking into the mirror.

Enough is enough, where is the fruit, there is NONE! And, by the way, that is the proof, the acid-test of their calling and function.

Oh ya, when you stop supporting the rent-a-fathers, you ain't seen nothing yet!”

“This is a REALITY

I hate to say this but….

Many of you will NEVER be a senior Pastor, an Apostle, lead a Prophetic company, or function in “5 fold pulpit ministry” in any shape form or fashion. The advent of opportunism and unaccountability has people “Decreeing” and “Prophesying” callings and assignments over people that God NEVER gave them.

Stop lying to people! Everyone will NOT be in senior leadership. People’s lives and families are being destroyed by False PROFITS telling people to quit their jobs, leave their current church because it’s “Their Season”

We need to be teaching people how to submit to God, hear His voice, and abandon their self will. We would have less DISASTERS in the pulpit ruining peoples lives because they went to a “PROPHETIC ACTIVATION” and they have NEVER been submitted to any authority or served in any capacity.

Some of you are called to serve another leader’s vision for the rest of your lives. There is honor in being number 2, 3, 4, or 5…

Some are called to be supernatural house wives, school teachers, real estate agents, and Apostles in the marketplace.

Many are experiencing unnecessary and debilitating spiritual warfare and resistance because they are doing something God NEVER assigned them to do.

I would rather be an usher that nobody knows with sound character than a “Superstar” headed for destruction taking others with me….

Don’t get me wrong. I believe that people should walk in their callings, but we must have a clear understanding of what that calling is…

Think before you stink. Many Pastors today are not equipped or gifted to be a 5 fold ascension gift Pastor, yet we continue to allow them to try and function as one. We need to bring warning, God takes the role of Pastor very serious. We must too:

Ezekiel‬ ‭34‬:‭1‬-‭16‬ ‭WEBUS‬‬

“Yahweh’s word came to me, saying, “Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel. Prophesy, and tell them, even the shepherds, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Shouldn’t the shepherds feed the sheep? You eat the fat. You clothe yourself with the wool. You kill the fatlings, but you don’t feed the sheep. You haven’t strengthened the diseased. You haven’t healed that which was sick. You haven’t bound up that which was broken. You haven’t brought back that which was driven away. You haven’t sought that which was lost, but you have ruled over them with force and with rigor. They were scattered, because there was no shepherd. They became food to all the animals of the field, and were scattered. My sheep wandered through all the mountains and on every high hill. Yes, my sheep were scattered on all the surface of the earth. There was no one who searched or sought.” “‘Therefore, you shepherds, hear Yahweh’s word: “As I live,” says the Lord Yahweh, “surely because my sheep became a prey, and my sheep became food to all the animals of the field, because there was no shepherd, and my shepherds didn’t search for my sheep, but the shepherds fed themselves, and didn’t feed my sheep, therefore, you shepherds, hear Yahweh’s word!” The Lord Yahweh says: “Behold, I am against the shepherds. I will require my sheep at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the sheep. The shepherds won’t feed themselves any more. I will deliver my sheep from their mouth, that they may not be food for them.” “‘For the Lord Yahweh says: “Behold, I myself, even I, will search for my sheep, and will seek them out. As a shepherd seeks out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered abroad, so I will seek out my sheep. I will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day. I will bring them out from the peoples, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land. I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the watercourses, and in all the inhabited places of the country. I will feed them with good pasture, and their fold will be on the mountains of the height of Israel. There they will lie down in a good fold. They will feed on rich pasture on the mountains of Israel. I myself will be the shepherd of my sheep, and I will cause them to lie down,” says the Lord Yahweh. “I will seek that which was lost, and will bring back that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick; but I will destroy the fat and the strong. I will feed them in justice.”’”

Oh and incase you think the flock is not accountable to the Chief Shepherd:

““As for you, O my flock, the Lord Yahweh says: ‘Behold, I judge between sheep and sheep, the rams and the male goats. Does it seem a small thing to you to have fed on the good pasture, but you must tread down with your feet the residue of your pasture? And to have drunk of the clear waters, but must you foul the residue with your feet? As for my sheep, they eat that which you have trodden with your feet, and they drink that which you have fouled with your feet.’ “Therefore the Lord Yahweh says to them: ‘Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep. Because you thrust with side and with shoulder, and push all the diseased with your horns, until you have scattered them abroad, therefore I will save my flock, and they will no more be a prey. I will judge between sheep and sheep. I will set up one shepherd over them, and he will feed them, even my servant David. He will feed them, and he will be their shepherd. I, Yahweh, will be their God, and my servant David prince among them. I, Yahweh, have spoken it. “‘I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause evil animals to cease out of the land. They will dwell securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods. I will make them and the places around my hill a blessing. I will cause the shower to come down in its season. There will be showers of blessing. The tree of the field will yield its fruit, and the earth will yield its increase, and they will be secure in their land. Then they will know that I am Yahweh, when I have broken the bars of their yoke, and have delivered them out of the hand of those who made slaves of them. They will no more be a prey to the nations, neither will the animals of the earth devour them; but they will dwell securely, and no one will make them afraid. I will raise up to them a plantation for renown, and they will no more be consumed with famine in the land, and not bear the shame of the nations any more. They will know that I, Yahweh, their God am with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are my people, says the Lord Yahweh. You my sheep, the sheep of my pasture, are men, and I am your God,’ says the Lord Yahweh.””
