This will NOT be a typical conclusion. If you can go back and read or listen to the video series released during the COVID19 lock-down called “Oplan Dominion”, I encourage you to do so.

I believe in order to truly see our enemies defeated we must be “united” in prayer as the Corporate Son all over Negros or your region, for your Metron or jurisdiction of grace. This must be sustained and not a one time or one off prayer. What we have been doing fails because we do not occupy. Our victory can only come through intervention of our King Jesus Christ and not another program or man made ministry. Revival will come when we are seeking Jesus with all of our hearts, souls, and strength, repenting and humbled, ready to obey His commands.

The Conclusion

What's next, a Revised Vision or Revision. After the enemy is rebuked, bound and cast out what do we do?

For 10 years now the vision I was given and have been praying for was to see the uniting of the church not just here in Negros, Philippines, but around the world. A true holy army following their King into battle is arising, but there have been difficulties. There are some leaders who need to be delivered from pride or even worse jezebel and python (witchcraft) commanded by leviathan, then other leaders who need to step into their true calling. These reluctant apostles and prophets have a form of pride called false humility, by denying or avoiding their true calling. The end result is still the same: we fail to advance the Kingdom as Christ wants us too. It is always about them and though they seem to lift up Jesus, they are really just using Him to boost their insecurity and build their own reputation and empire in the "sun" and not the "Son!"

10 Years ago I received a prophetic word called Operation Jericho. During that time frame we have attempted many times to unite but we failed. There was always a break down and walls grew higher and thicker, and no tearing down occurred, even the gates of hell were secure.

But the shaking started this last year, and the rumble and roar from heaven became stronger and now the walls are crumbling. The walls of division are coming down. Yet in order to see true revival sustained, there must be refining and purging in the house of Yahweh first. There must be either a new vision for the new wine to fit in (New Wineskins) or at least new orders to advance. We should never advance without orders from our commander and chief.

I asked this after the end of the "One Negros For Jesus" 2017 Seminars and Rallies. "What now Lord Jesus, what do you want us to do now? What do you want me to do? How do we sustain this movement you started Lord?"

Here is what He said, "There must be a restructuring and rebuilding of the foundation and construct of the Church. The leaders must humble themselves and step aside and repent and reorganize as a real spiritual army. The Five fold ministry should not just be taught, but implemented now. Everyone in their calling and function. No more false humility. Take your place mighty warriors. Time to come out of the caves and desert places. Let my grace flow. If you are a five ministry head then call yourself that, (Ephesians 4:11) but be careful to walk in humility and flush the pride. (James 4). No more superstar pastors or apostles. I Am the head of my Church , no one else. Get off your pedestal and serve, not to be seen, no false religious practices. You are not a tool, you are my children. You are not slaves you are my kings and lords. Your are my royal priesthood, not soulish leaders serving a human leader hoping to get promoted. Raise up, release, and send, do not hold onto those I have entrusted you with, they are your siblings, but they are mine not yours."

"This construct of the Kingdom is not human devised, or human built, stop trying to form a mold. I have set in place through my servant Paul the requirements or blue prints for my Church, my orders. They have been there all along. Rebuke the strongman spirits and return to your first love. Do not embrace any presence of hell, you are to love me and each other, but never demons or sin. Seek my face, not things, which is idolatry. Worship me not my provision, but obey my vision or you will bring continued division. Humble yourself leaders, repent now and then advance my Kingdom. Pray! Pray! Pray! and then Obey!"

The construct of the Church is based on a military structure and not a political governance or business model. Though we are to influence business and other areas of society we do not use their tools or principles. We use Kingdom keys given by our King and inspired or breathed by the Holy Spirit. If we use the world system we will fail to truly advance the Kingdom or reach dominion. It is not us that that reigns, it is Christ Jesus, yet how many Churches have one person at the top. Even the so-called set man is required to be a humble leader who empowers others through serving. Many say they are humble leaders, but the application of their words shows it is still them ruling in their kingdom and they are always there in the front and not delegating. This must change for us to see victory. Pride always comes before a fall...not victory.

Our victory is only in Christ alone.

This is how we reach a region. We have a vision and battle plan and then execute the plan. We follow our Mighty Warrior King, Yahweh into battle and we focus on the battle, no fear. We keep our supply lines open through prayer and we continue intercession as a form of strategic bombardment on the enemy. We keep the enemy's head down through worship and praise. We fight as we follow the Lord. We occupy, we obey! He said go make disciples…now some may be nominal Christians or backsliders, but most should be those who need to hear the Gospel for the 1st time. We need to set captives free. “We need to stop preaching to the choir”, is one of the best sayings from the 1970’s. Why are we still trying to save those inside the Church building? Go outside the 4 walls of the building and say hello to someone and say, “May I pray for you?” or “Do you know where you are going when you die?” Maybe just say Hi and smile, make a friend. Don’t be afraid just do it through obedience to Christ!

Army of Yahweh execute. Follow your commander into battle. Advance and occupy!

1 Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of Yahweh comes, for it is close at hand:

2 A day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness. As the dawn spreading on the mountains, a great and strong people; there has never been the like, neither will there be any more after them, even to the years of many generations.3 A fire devours before them, and behind them, a flame burns. The land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them, a desolate wilderness. Yes, and no one has escaped them.4 Their appearance is as the appearance of horses, and as horsemen, so do they run.5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of the mountains do they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devours the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.6 At their presence the peoples are in anguish. All faces have grown pale.7 They run like mighty men. They climb the wall like warriors. They each march in his line, and they don't swerve off course.8 Neither does one jostle another; they march everyone in his path, and they burst through the defenses, and don't break ranks.9 They rush on the city. They run on the wall. They climb up into the houses. They enter in at the windows like thieves.10 The earth quakes before them. The heavens tremble. The sun and the moon are darkened, and the stars withdraw their shining.

11 Yahweh thunders his voice before his army; for his forces are very great; for he is strong who obeys his command; for the day of Yahweh is great and very awesome, and who can endure it?12 "Yet even now," says Yahweh, "turn to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning."13 Tear your heart, and not your garments, and turn to Yahweh, your God; for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness, and relents from sending calamity.

14 Who knows? He may turn and relent, and leave a blessing behind him, even a meal offering and a drink offering to Yahweh, your God.

15 Blow the trumpet in Zion! Sanctify a fast. Call a solemn assembly.16 Gather the people. Sanctify the assembly. Assemble the elders. Gather the children, and those who nurse from breasts. Let the bridegroom go forth from his room, and the bride out of her room.17 Let the priests, the ministers of Yahweh, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, "Spare your people, Yahweh, and don't give your heritage to reproach, that the nations should rule overthem. Why should they say among the peoples, 'Where is their God?'"18 Then Yahweh was jealous for his land, And had pity on his people.19 Yahweh answered his people, "Behold, I will send you grain, new wine, and oil, and you will be satisfied with them; and I will no more make you a reproach among the nations.
